Insomniacs Anonymous will provide examples of situations I have personally been through in the middle of the night. These stories will cover funny accounts of hallucinations from lack of sleep, my concerned inner circle sending me random Wiki links to better sleep and tips like eating kiwis, to the random feelings formed on day three of zero sleep. It will also give an insight to the thoughts and feelings of an insomniac to hopefully provide you with a deeper understanding of the everyday struggles insomniacs face so that you can learn how to handle loved ones or yourself when dealing with the condition.
